As you know, I work as a biotechnologist, and this is an amazing journey into the world of science and discovery. Every day I immerse myself in the study of living organisms and their interactions, and this always inspires me. I love my profession, because it allows me to make the world a little better. But besides work, I have many hobbies that make my life rich and bright.
In my free time, I do strip dance. It's not just a dance for me; it's a way to express my emotions and feelings. When I dance, I feel free, as if the whole world around me dissolves, and there is only me and the music. Yesterday evening after work we met with my best friend Nadezhda. We walked for a long time, talked and at that moment I thought to share with you a story about her. We went to the buffet with her, drank tea and got to know each other better, since then we have become inseparable. Every time I went to school I looked forward to meeting her, our breaks were the most fun time during school. Together we explored the streets of our city, shared the most intimate secrets and helped each other with school. In the summer we had picnics in the park, enjoyed the sun's rays and the aroma of fresh grass, and in the winter we went ice skating, laughing and feeling free.

In difficult moments, Nadezhda was always there, supporting me with words and deeds. I also tried to be a support for her. I want to share with you one incredible story that warmed my soul and gave me a lot of emotions. Four years ago in the summer, I decided to surprise my mother for her birthday - and it was not just some banal congratulations, but a real adventure! I gave her a trip to the Black Sea,
to Sochi, she had long dreamed of visiting there! We visited Russia for the first time!

Imagine how long I thought about how to organize this. Mom always dreamed of seeing the Black Sea, feeling the warmth of the sun and enjoying the sea breeze. I started looking for hotels, studying reviews, comparing prices - it was a real challenge. I contacted a travel agency and they helped me choose a cozy hotel with a stunning view of the sea.

When all the details were settled, it was time to make a surprise. I bought a beautiful package, wrapped a small gift in it and wrote a touching postcard. In it, I described our trip, and when my mother opened it, her eyes filled with tears of happiness! She could not believe that it was true, and at that moment I realized that all my efforts were not in vain.

The most unforgettable moment of our trip was a jeep tour in Sochi, we overcame steep mountain slopes and deep ravines, enjoying the breathtaking views of the Caucasus, experienced a lot of emotions. In the evening, tired but happy, we returned with vivid impressions of this incredible adventure.

We spent a whole week on the coast, and it was simply magical! Each day began with my mother and I going to the beach, where the warm sand pleasantly tickled our feet. We walked along the embankment, enjoying the sound of the sea, and every evening we met the sunset, which painted the sky in incredible shades of orange and pink.

I remember my mom laughing as we climbed Mount Akhun. The wind was blowing through her hair as she enthusiastically photographed every moment. We were riding a boat and I will never forget her happy face as we raced along the waves. It was so great to see her enjoying every moment!

This trip was not just a gift for us, but a real reason to get closer, talk about life and just be together. We created so many unforgettable memories, I love giving emotions, it's a pity I can't always do it.

Yes, I would love to teach you to dance!
I have written to you about my father before, but I did not dare to write to you about it in detail then. Now I trust you and, having gathered my courage, I have long searched for words to express what is on my heart, and perhaps now is the time to be frank. I want to share with you a part of my life that left a deep mark on my soul and shaped me as I am.

My father was a surgeon, and I have always admired him. He was not just a doctor, but a real hero for many people. Saving lives, he not only helped patients, but also inspired me with his dedication to the cause. I remember how he returned home after long shifts, tired, but always with a smile on his face, ready to tell me about his patients and how important it is to help others. He often said that every life saved was not just a job, but his calling.

However, his profession was extremely stressful. He faced a lot of stress, and I always noticed how it affected his health. He rarely complained, but I knew it was not easy for him. At some point, he started to feel unwell, and after examination, doctors diagnosed him with terminal cancer. It was a shock for our entire family. We could not believe that a person who saved the lives of others found himself in such a situation.

Despite all the efforts of the doctors, the disease progressed too quickly. I remember sitting next to him in the hospital when he could no longer work. His eyes, full of wisdom and compassion, now reflected pain and fatigue. I tried to be strong, but everything inside me was falling apart. I so wanted him to go back to being the person I knew - caring, strong and full of life.

Unfortunately, he passed away suddenly. This moment was a real blow to me. I lost not only a father, but also a person who was an example for me. I often dreamed about what it would be like to have him by my side, to share joys and sorrows with him, to receive his support and advice. Instead, I grew up feeling empty and alone.

My mother, despite her pain, tried her best to provide for us. She worked several jobs, and I admired her resilience, but at the same time I felt how hard it was for her. I often wondered what it was like to be a woman raising children alone, without support.

I know that everyone has their own stories and their own wounds, and I don’t want you to feel obligated to fix anything. It was just important for me to share this with you. Maybe by opening up, I can breathe a little easier and find the strength to move on.
