Thank you very much for your answer! I was very happy about your letter - it was nice to know that you are also in the mood for communication.

Let me tell you a little about myself. Since childhood, I knew that I wanted to help people. I remember how many times I helped in small ways - bandaged cuts, consoled friends, supported loved ones in difficult situations. It always brought me peace of mind, the feeling that I could make someone's life a little better.

My parents always supported me and believed that I would make a good doctor. They were the ones who inspired me to go to medical school. Studying was not easy, but I enjoyed mastering this profession, understanding how important it is to be useful to people.

Now I live and work as a traumatologist in the city of Dnepr, and this has become a real calling for me. Every day I see how my participation helps people return to normal life, cope with difficulties and even smile despite fear and pain. This is an incredible feeling! Thanks to my work, I met a lot of interesting and kind people, made new friends and realized that I had truly chosen my direction.

My grandparents also played a huge role in my life. They live in a village, far from the city, and run a farm - they keep chickens and turkeys. Grandma is a real master in the kitchen! Her family recipe turkey is incredible. Every time I visit them, I ask her to cook this dish. These trips always give me warmth and memories of my childhood.
I have been living independently since I was 17 years old. At first it was difficult: I had to master a lot and decide on my own, but this experience strengthened me and taught me to be independent. I love animals very much, I had a dog as a child named Shake, I became very attached to her for a year, and then she was gone, I was very hurt in my soul and since then I haven’t been able to get another one, I’m afraid to experience these feelings again.
Today I decided to share with you another story from my life, which is especially important to me. This is about my friend, whom I have known since childhood. We then lived in the same yard and from the first days became inseparable. Our friendships were built on trust, respect and support. We always knew that we could rely on each other.
There was one incident that I still remember fondly. We agreed to go to a school competition, and although I really doubted my abilities, she did not let me give up. She was there, encouraging, helping, and in the end we performed together. For me, this was not just a competition, but real proof of how important it is to have a person who believes in you, even when you yourself doubt it.

Thank you for your letters. They are like a warm blanket to me on a cold day - a reminder that somewhere there is a person who truly listens and understands. Thanks for the story, it reminded me of a story from my childhood, but not with such a good ending.
Today I wanted to share with you one important memory from my past. About childhood, which began so brightly, but gradually faded.
I often remember the winter days when the whole family went sledding. My father was always the ringleader: he laughed loudest, came up with new games, and my mother and I laughed until we cried. I can still hear that ringing laugh and see how his eyes sparkled with joy as he rushed us down the hill. At those moments it seemed that nothing could destroy our little happiness.
But over time, something changed. I didn’t understand it right away, but my mother began to feel sad more and more often, and my father began to come home late. Soon another woman appeared in his life. He began to move away, as if he was slowly dissolving into a fog that I could not dispel. At some point he simply left.
It was hard. I tried for a long time to understand why everything changed, why those happy winter days never returned. All that remained was to preserve in memory what once made us a real family.
Sometimes I find myself thinking that the past is still with me, even if I try to leave it behind. But I believe that even the most painful memories make us stronger.
Sometimes you really want to return, at least for a moment, to a time where everything was simple and sincere. Tell me another good story, I really enjoy reading them.

Today made me think about the past and those moments that give warmth even in the most difficult times. Living in a country where there is a war teaches you to especially appreciate every bright memory. A young guy, wounded at the front, appeared at our rehabilitation center. We got to talking, and he spoke with such warmth about his hometown, Odessa, that I involuntarily plunged into my own memories.
He talked about the sea, cozy streets, the smell of acacia in spring and the unique Odessa humor. Sincere feelings for his hometown shone in his eyes. Listening to him, I remembered how many years ago I myself visited Odessa. It was many years ago, but the memories are still warm. Then my mother and I decided to take a short vacation - a breath of fresh air during a difficult period in our lives. We rented a cozy house at a recreation center near the sea. Everything around seemed simple and carefree.
I still remember our morning walks along the beach, when the sun was just rising and the sea was calm and quiet. We could sit on the sand for hours, talking about life. I also remember a funny incident: one day I caught a huge jellyfish in a bucket and hurried to show it to my mother. At first she was scared, and then we laughed for a long time, discussing what to do with this “sea pet”. Of course, in the end they released him back to sea.
These moments are like little islands of happiness that continue to warm you even in difficult times. For me, Odessa is not only a beautiful city, but also a symbol of warm memories, joy and carefreeness.
I really hope that the war will end soon, and people will again be able to live without fear, dream and enjoy every day. Let there be as many places in the world as possible with which bright memories are associated - for all of us.

I live in Ukraine, a country where there has been war for many years now. Every day we live with the feeling that tomorrow may not come. It is difficult to make plans for the future here, and even more difficult to dream of a family and a stable life. Most of the men in my country went to the front, many did not return. Those who remain often try to cope with pain and loss, but this does not always end in happy stories.
In times like these, you understand especially acutely how important simple things are: warmth, support, confidence in the person next to you. But finding it here is becoming increasingly difficult. The war changed us all, and many relationships that once seemed strong fell apart under the weight of hardship.
I see women I know, like my neighbor, clinging to a semblance of normalcy while enduring abuse or lack of love. They are afraid to be alone, afraid that no one else will accept them for who they are. These stories make me wonder: Is this what a real family should look like?
That is why I decided that I did not want to put up with such realities. I want to create my life with a person who understands the value of love, respect and support. And, frankly, it’s not easy to feel needed and important in a world where there is so much pain and destruction.
When I met you, everything changed. You have become more than just an interlocutor for me. You have become a person next to whom I feel calm and faith in the future. Today I want to share with you one story that is important to me. I finally told my loved ones about you. It turned out to be much more exciting than I expected, but in the end I felt a huge sense of relief.
It all started completely unexpectedly. My mother and I were sitting in the kitchen having tea, discussing various little things, and suddenly she noticed that I had been looking happy lately. She asked with a smile: “Did something good happen? Or is this love?

It took me so long to gather my thoughts to write you this letter because I want to be frank.
