In 2019, a 59-year-old resident of Novocheboksarsk began a correspondence with a foreign citizen in one of the messengers. In the course of virtual communication, the “single father” managed to win over a gullible wife and pity with messages about a difficult financial situation.
Novocheboksarka took out a number of loans to support her foreign acquaintance.
