Met “Dr. Canerio Manuel” online and even skyped with him and saw him talking live. It was Dr. Bikmaz!! He is the scammer!!

I believe it is actually Dr. Bikmaz who is doing some of the scamming himself. I spoke to him in person on Skype. Same guy in the pictures. As soon as he hinted he needed money, I blocked him and he has tried sneaky ways to get back in touch w/ me. But I want nothing to do w/ this low life creep!!

No, it wasn´t the photo owner himself. Same as you, like everyone else, was never talking to the man in the photos at any point. These West-African romance scams are all stolen webcam footage looped over and over overseas scammers do this every day routineously. Thank you for updating the info and stay safe from fakers.

I TALKED to this man and visually saw him speaking to me. It was him in real time not some “looped over” footage. It was “Dr. Bikmaz” with whom I was speaking. It was NOT pre-recorded I am not a fool ~ I know what is real and what is fake. Please do not be so condescending.

Read the board and you will see how common fake webcam chats are. It deceives anyone who is unfamiliar with this kind of deceit

Webcam:
Scammers steal webcam footage from social networks, from other victims, and from porn webcam sites (scammers posing as females). They can even make it appear as if the person whose photos they stole is on webcam with you. Webcam is NOT a proof that somebody is real. In order it to be a proof, the person on that end must write your name on a piece of paper in front of you and show it in camera. Only that proves the person on that end is real.

^^Try it out if you want. You will see for yourself, "he" can´t do it.

How do I “read the board?” On the Skype call, he asked me specific questions a/b my job and a ring I was wearing. How could a call so detailed be fake? I am confused. Thank you for any help you can give me.

The call is not fake but the webcam footage is, because the caller is not real. African scammers do "cam calls" like this every day, that´s why this modus operandi has been reported allover, day after day
