I've seen this one before. The scammer cut and pasted my face onto the face of the injured guy in the hospital bed. While pretending to be me, he was telling women that he had been injured in Iraq and now needed money to pay for urgent surgery. I don't see how ANYONE could fall for this bad photoshop effort.
