Okay so this happening to me real time. Almost word for word with the conversations! I looked up the number and found this site lol. He’s is such a sweet talker, ish lol. No joke that conversation is almost word for word with my conversations with him. Like damn mix it up a little lol. He “sent” me a package with so much stuff and a bunch of money. But site is weird and when I used logic on him nothing came of him. He acted dumb. When I got a message on WhatsApp from the overseasscn I looked up the number. They told me I can pay via cash app or bank info. I just sent an lol.

I truly hope that people really don’t fall for this.

I hate when they are such sweet talkers. Like stop calling me baby. honey, dear etc. so much it's so cringe! I love how it never makes sense how the delivery company works and then expect people to fall for it! It seems the scammer moved on to use the face of a Korean plastic surgeon who is now quite popular to use for scams.the RPO is Kang Hyunsoo

Contacted me on Instagram Jan. 4, 2022, then asked for WhatsApp account to continue talking .

Claims he's from Manchester, England... is a Petrol Chemical Engineer Works for Vintage Pop National Grid Holdings PLC. He says he works at sea and due to nature of job he cannot make video or phone calls. He is Korean, moved to UK at age 5, parents died of motor accident when he was 10, grew up in orphanage, but then aunt adopted him. His parents left him a lot of properties in Soeul Korea. etc...

All this time I just went along, but I already knew from day one he was a scammer... I was intrigued with what else he would try to say or do.

I talked to him for 3 days, he didn't do anything harmful. He would ask me if I ever received gifts and such from over seas... I just said I don't like gifts, I don't like flowers and to not send me anything because I will not accept it. hahaha, after 3 days he told me he was madly in love with me and all this stuff about love is about trust, so I called him out. I told him that 9/10 things about him says that he is a scammer, according to FBI definitions, he got so upset saying that I doubt his personality. etc...

I hope no one gave this scammer any money... and I hope this forum can help people.

I think lot of us dealing with same scum bags.

Met a scammer named Steven (fake name), an engineer from Singapore, currently living independently in Australia over the last few years . 0480048285

He is very quick in expressing his love towards you, very clever in copying quotes from the internet and writing them as if his own. He pretends he is very hard working and have many properties around the world somewhere. In his story, he is not very well educated, he wouldn't say he has done any bachelor or master or doctorate, but will say he is financially successful. Like many scammers, his father passed away, someone died from cancer and so on. He will even sent you his fake job contract, fake work videos , just to gain your trust.


He will show his fake bank account .federalreserveoffshorebank.com and will ask you to do few transactions on his behalf. Because he is somewhere overseas where I can't access his bank account and will ask you to send emails to his suppliers as well. You will receive fake emails from the fake suppliers as well. Day will come when his bank account is blocked and ask you for financial help. He will say he has no one to ask for help, off course he is broken from hell.

These scammers have same stories because
group of people are involved, you may be talking to different people at different time on same number (scammers have their shifts too, they take turns to talk to you). They keep their stories same to prevent them from getting caught.

Watch out for these lazy scum bags.

So this scammer is performing on Interpals right now with the ID https:/ /interpals.net/seong_65947?_cs=2

Basically, he:
-claims to be korean (doesn't understand a single word of hangul (=Korean writing);
-claims to be a civil engineer (immediate red flag with this type of profile);
apologizes desperately for nothing when I called him out (NEVER TRUST SOMEONE WHO APOLOGISES EASILY FOR NOTHING WITHOUT EXPLANATIONS, ARGUING OR ASSUMING BEFORE).
I found him on this forum with a pic he sent me on kakaotalk. His account is "Seong yeon" but I am not sure of his real ID there.
