Hi,

I trapped perhaps into a romance scam.
I urgently need help in a very "special" case.
I'm from Germany, I've a handicap and I'm bound to a wheelchair.
I wrote a girl on dating site finya (no supermodel pic)
Got answer 6 days later sending a german translated text asking if I can talk English (yes I can)
Followed by 4 messages of her, then asking: "hi do you skype? where we can chat or whatsapp?"
I gave her my whatsapp no.
She sent me answer 2 days later with picture on whatsapp:
Hi Sebastian
It's Pamela from Ghana
Writing 1 week now.

I get regulary new pics.
Most of them (never explicit ones):

Perhaps someone here recognizes her or she's a known celebrity

No asks for money yet. No e-mailaddresses exchanged.
She only has my first name and whatsapp no.
I did google reverse image search on all pics, no picture appears multiple times.
No "I'm in love" messages.

Just compliments like:

I feel something growing emotional, if it's real no problem, but if not I'll get in bad trouble.
It's real hard because of handicap finding a girl for chatting, flirting, dating so it get's a special case,
I fear it can depress me so badly that it has connsequences for my health what can be fatal with my handicap.

Some facts which let me think it could be a scam:
- She told me her birthday on whatsapp, this doesn't match with age & Zodiac Sign on finya (35 instead 32 & Gemini instead of Pisces
- Her whatsapp no. is on scamnumbers.info reported 1st January 2016
- We tried a skype chat and I recorded her ip address via wireshark. I put it in IP check here. says: this is a bad IP, it was used in scams before (ip location: Accra, Ghana)

So my question:
What can I do to expose if it's scam or not ?

If more facts or infos needed just ask.
I'm recording everything.

I really need your help.

Welcome to RS. It is very unfortunate but I want to let you know that you are dealing with Ghanaian gang of scammers. Not even one of them is a female as females are not allowed to enter internet cafes in Ghana. They mostly use the youngest scammer to act a role of female. This gorgeous woman from the pictures would NEVER make safe or alive in Ghana. She would be kidnapped in the white prostitution or most likely dead by now.

If they didn't ask you for money so far please know request is coming. They will ask on their terms means when they will realize you are brainwashed and willing to do what they say.

Please share with us the whatsaap number and link to the fake profile.
You must BLOCK and IGNORE mafia and never share with them what you learned. Wish you good luck!
