UKR.NET domain was blocked: mail and news feed are unavailable

UKR.NET reported that they are doing everything possible to recover.

The domain name registrar Network Solutions suddenly blocked the UKR.NET domain on the night of March 7. As a result, unavailable to Internet users. became the UKR.NET news feed and @UKR.NET e-mail

It was clarified there that at 01:35 the domain name registrar Network Solutions suddenly and without any warning blocked the UKR.NET domain. It was not possible to solve the problem through the registrar's support service.

"We hope that we will be able to get more information and find out the reasons and circumstances of the blocking with the beginning of the working day of the office of the American registrar company," the message reads.

UKR.NET also appealed to Ms. Oksana Markarova, Ambassador of Ukraine to the USA, for help.

"We regret that millions of Ukrainian users who read news on the UKR.NET portal every day and use @UKR.NET mail cannot do so now. We are doing everything possible to recover. Many caring people are helping us in this," - the statement says.

UKR.NET is sure that these are temporary difficulties, and soon the mail and the news feed on the portal will work again.
