Found him on tinder, under 'Scott'. He's on hangouts as Scott Allan Toste (I don't have his email anymore unfortunately because I blocked/deleted the messages). we didn't talk long, but he wanted me to text him. I live in new york, but the number he gave me was a NJ number ( 201-834-6340 ). And we only shared 3 texts before he asked me to join hangouts, which i thought was weird. I did it, but after talking to him i realized something was up and instantly got weird feelings. He messaged me on hangouts saying his wife died and he was looking for someone to talk to, and asked a lot of personal questions like "What do you do for work?" "how old are you?" "are you single with kids or do you have a boyfriend?" "where exactly do you live" (I didn't tell him what town, just told him the county). All weird questions to ask someone lol. He said he was in Poland on vacation, and that he would be there for 4 weeks, and I said "Thats weird, tinder said you were 7 miles from me? So how does that work?" and he said he "messaged tinder support about it but they didn't fix it yet". I played along like i was stupid but still didn't think he was being serious, and he began playing '20 questions' lol. Nothing inappropriate, but I could tell his answers were weird.. He would ask me what made me happy and when I asked him, all of his answers were about women. Then said he wanted to be my sugar daddy. said he wanted to pay me $400 a week for "allowance" and asked me if I had a credit card and what bank I banked with. I told him I wasn't comfortable giving that information, and he said "can't you just make a citi bank account?" and when i told him no, and that he could 'pay me' through venmo or cashapp, he said he couldn't. Huge red flag lol. So he sent me a few photos and I tried searching them earlier, but to no avail. But then he sent me another one where he was 'laying down', so I searched that one and found this website. Unfortunately he does know my first and last name because it was in my tinder bio under my snapchat, but I blocked him on everything I could.

Same thing as everyone here, I was skeptical but willing to be trustworthy. It’s been a long day so I mistakenly sent a 25 dollar itunes card and didn’t think to ask questions. In reality I am a too trustworthy person but its the same guy and same story. Patrick Mik from Plenty of Fish, when I conftonted him its “not him and his commanding officer is trying to figure it out he will skype me tomorrow.” I told him proof or get lost. There are photos that were sent like the above ones here.

I met "Scott Toste " on Upward dating app 3 months ago. Because it was a Christian app I never imagined I would have met a romance scammer. I was skeptical because his voice was not American but he said he was from Poland originally but now lives in Arkansas after his divorce. We video called because I told him I thought he wasnt who he said he was and he was the guy I'm the pic but he was angry about it. He started asking for money because he said his account was frozen from a lender deal gone bad. First time I told him no he got mad and blocked me. But then we started talking again he sent my kids presents in the mail and he also bought me a plane ticket to go see him..but the day I was to fly out he said I couldn't come because he broke his phone and if I wouldnt send him money to.fix it how would I be able to get picked up from.the airport?!. I googled and found this site and his pictures are all over. When he would call at 2 am I heard roosters crowing in the background so I know hes overseas and not in Arkansas. He also let me talk to one of his friends on the phone and the friend had the same accent..I'm frustrated that this guy is still scamming after all these years. It's sad that Scott would read scripture and pray with me every day just to win me over to get me to send money. Its disgusting! I wish everyone knew that no matter where you meet someone always Google there name and see if your even safe to say hello..my prayer is that some how this guy gets caught and karma gets back to him! Hes hurt enough woman. And now hes involving to get close.to our kids by sending gifts in the mail!

I did a Google search. My scammer was going by David Mason Instagram @David_Mason9775. This is the picture he used. This was my favorite picture that he sent me. Really disappointed that I was messaging with some scumbag loser. I put him on blast on my Instagram account.

He is still scamming…. On Tinder, Instagram & Facebook has Scott Toste. He said he was vacationing in Poland visiting his sick uncle. He is 37yrs old, said wife died of cancer, no kids , lives in New York but has a house in California. The whole thing was weird constantly uses the word “babe” in every sentence , grammar and spelling is wrong. Says he in the engineering, but has other businesses like jewelry and real estate. Wanted me to open accounts and send funds to help him get home , said his business partner or account officer couldn’t help. Got really mad when I wouldn’t give me personal information and access to my bank account. Falling to fast and starting talking about marriage and kids after the first month. ….. watch out for him. Offended by ladies’ supposed one-night stand offers, blocking such as he is more than a beautiful body. Apparently interested as he is seriously searching for his one and only love, the fire and the light and all that. (Obviously) into gym, even at 6:40 am on a Monday morning.
Seems to switch between the scripted format questions and being real. Some grammar mistakes (the son doesn’t “leave” with him but with the nanny).
From reading about his previous escapades, in my opinion it seems he’s gotten the hang of the language and once he leaves the script he might be even less detectable. Interviewed me with more than twenty questions, thoughts on the role of a man in the household, being faithful and the growing as one song; biggest fear. Favorite color is black.
The one photo is recognizably him, the other seems to be of much earlier if one compares the chest tattoos.
Oh and would give me one of his cars and pick me up for his birthday dinner we planned for this weekend
But, asked for a $100 Amazon Steam or Razor (from searching I suppose he meant Razer) card today, he struggles to buy these for his son’s gaming and they are both very much into PC gaming. Also had a Facebook which only went as far back as 10 Jan. this year.
Other photos of him on Upward with the dog (wearing a pink collar) are less sexy as he doesn’t want to seduce us girls.
We were talking less than a day when he was proclaiming his love and laying it on thick, I read anger at females who are unfaithful and he seems to be using the reverse psychology effect as he doesn’t want to be scammed.
Also, another military man must’ve been on duty this weekend as this person was also reaching out from Fort Meade. But I’m not sure about him, just thought it a bit coincidental.

I found this page today after doing a reverse image search. He's going by River Christopher Waloski on TikTok. It took him less than 24 hours for him to ask me to send money

He added me on Instagram coming in hot with a pickup line. Said he was 28 and that he worked in the military as a communications specialist. His name was robertchris596 on Instagram, but I don’t remember what his number was. When I asked him his name he said it was Harris Chris James. He put the charm on thick. I found him on reverse image search on google and found him here. I had a feeling it was a scam, so that’s why I looked him up. I also knew he was too good to be true because it said he just joined Instagram in November. Definitely a red flag. Thankfully I found him here and I was able to block him before he asked for any money.

Omg, I’ve been talking to this guy for a week now. The red flags were coming out! I met him in Plenty of Fish dating app. He is going by the name Wallace. He told me that his parents died in a car accident and that he is deployed to Iraq. I haven’t spoken to him via Skype or anything, but we’ve talked over WhatsApp. He started to ask me for money because he lost his credit card on patrol in Iraq. So he thought he’d get some money from me via Apple Card. He has been blocked and reported. Do not fall for this guy, even though he’s super handsome. I feel sorry for the innocent victim he took his pictures from.

Wow this guy's been at it awhile huh? He just messaged me on Instagram apparently his name is Harris. I always Google search when an attractive guy tries to talk to me. Lol I know better than to think a guy that attractive would ACTUALLY be interested in me. Do we know who the actual guy in the pics is? Obviously the scammer doesn't look like that.
