This man contacted me through Tinder. Name he goes by is Victor Johnson, a US born man that went to Germany to be raised by his grandparents after his father couldn’t longer care for him. After a couple days of chatting with him claiming to be in New Orleans, LA, he said that a tragedy occurred on one of his building sites—a building collapsed-and that his license was taken away and he had 4 weeks to pay a $79,000 fine so he could get his license back, finish his job and come back to the US and we’d live happily ever after. He hinted that he needed Steam cards because he was so distraught by the tragedy and he spent all his money paying hospital bills for the men that were injured in the collapse.
