This scammer is on POF. User name is kayakbrack. Email is frankconnor2016@gmail.com. Profile says:

Southern gent transplanted to Florida 5 years ago. Love the weather, the water, the food, and the fun. If you get bored in Florida its your own darn fault. I love to to have bbq's, drink margaritas or mojitos, snorkle, kayak, fish, boat, and dine at waterside restaurants (yes I like the cheesy tiki bar atmosphere). I listen to a wide range of music-from Jimmy Buffet to Pachebel. My best friend is my Jack Russell (Bella) and she thinks I'm pretty special.

Have reported it to POF admin. They are not proactive at all in removing reported scammers. Beware!

Recently my mother was contacted by certain Marcus David which is using the same pictures of Gen. John O'Connor. He contacted her by a russian site ok.ru and then they communicated by Hangout and Skype. In Skype he used a name Leo David. He presented himself as an army doctor. So called, now he is in Kabul, where he is on the last mission and then he will come back to Stutgart, where he has a son from previous marriage.
After few days of writing by Skype, he asked my mother for a service: to get a box with the secret documents which he sent to Ghana from Kabul, but which he cannot get back, because of a very danger situation in Kabul. So he wanted to get them in Germany where he planned to come in December. My mother lives in Germany and he asked her to help him.
When I heard this story I blocked all his accounts in Skype, in Hangout and in the russian site. Pity, that I cannot restore their conversation.

I have been following this guy for a long time. These recent photos are when he was very much younger, he has either put on quite a bit of weight, or they are of someone else. I am not quite sure what to say other than that, but we all better be at the top of our game with this guy.
